Cas9 is an RNA-guided DNA endonuclease enzyme associated with the CRISPR adaptive immunity system in bacteria and genetic engineering. This system uses RNA to guide the nuclease to desired DNA sequences, enabling:

- Large deletions or genomic rearrangements
