- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Formalin-fixed tissue staining: Heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Target Information
이 단백질은 종양 괴사 인자(TNF) 리간드 패밀리에 속하는 사이토카인으로, 주로 혈관내피세포에서 발현되며 B세포나 T세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다. TNF 및 IL-1α에 의해 발현이 유도되며, 수용체 TNFRSF25 및 TNFRSF21/DR6의 리간드로 작용합니다. NF-κB 및 MAP 키나아제 경로를 활성화하고, 혈관내피세포의 세포자멸사를 유도하는 자가분비 인자로 작용합니다. 또한 내피세포 증식을 억제하여 혈관신생 억제 인자로 기능할 수 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 생성된 추가 아이소폼이 보고되었습니다.
