Reconstitution:
Vial을 개봉하기 전에 원심분리하여 내용물을 바닥으로 모읍니다. 멸균 증류수로 0.1–1.0 mg/mL 농도로 용해합니다. 재구성한 단백질은 사용 분량으로 나누어 -20°C에서 보관합니다. 추가 희석 시 저엔도톡신 배지 또는 heat-inactivated FCS, tissue culture grade BSA가 포함된 완충용액을 사용하십시오.Storage:

Interleukin 7 (IL-7)은 골수와 흉선의 기질세포에서 지속적으로 생성되는 조혈성 사이토카인입니다. IL-7은 IL-7R을 통해 조혈 줄기세포가 림프계 전구세포로 분화되도록 신호를 전달하며, 이 전구세포는 T 세포, B 세포 및 자연살해(NK) 세포로 발달합니다.
