Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CD39 (ENTPD1) is a 70–100 kDa cell surface antigen expressed on peripheral blood B cells, monocytes, and T cell clones, and weakly on granulocytes.
It has intrinsic ecto-ATPase activity. Expression is induced on T cells and increased on B cells as a late activation antigen.
