This antibody detects endogenous levels of total ZFHX3 protein.
Target Information
ZFHX3 is a transcriptional repressor that inhibits the enhancer element of the AFP gene by binding to its AT-rich core sequence. It regulates myoblast differentiation through binding to the AT-rich sequence of the MYF6 promoter and repressing its activity. Additionally, it down-regulates the MUC5AC promoter in gastric cancer.
