Target Information
EPHB3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase belonging to the ephrin receptor family. Members of the Eph family play important roles in biological processes such as nervous system development, angiogenesis, and neural synapse formation and maturation. Ephrin ligands and Eph receptors show reciprocal expression in vivo, with both expressed in developing and adult neural tissues. Ephs and ephrins are key regulators of angiogenesis.
