Description:
A7R34 단클론 항체는 마우스 CD127, 즉 IL-7 수용체의 고친화성 α-소단위체를 인식합니다.
CD127은 골수의 미성숙 B세포, CD4⁻CD8⁻ 및 단일양성(CD4⁺, CD8⁺) 흉선세포에서 발현되며, 말초의 성숙 T세포에서는 낮은 수준으로 발현됩니다.
A7R34는 IL-7의 수용체 결합을 억제하며, T 및 B세포 발달·활성 연구에 in vivo/in vitro 모두에서 사용되었습니다.
또한, A7R34는 동일한 항원을 인식하는 SB/199 항체의 결합을 차단합니다.

Flow cytometric analysis of mouse thymocytes and splenocytes에서 테스트됨.
최대 0.25 µg/test 사용 권장 (100 µL 반응 부피 기준).

최적 성능을 위해 항체 농도는 적절히 적정해야 합니다.
