CD20 (Human B-lymphocyte-restricted differentiation antigen, Bp35)는 약 35 kDa의 분자량을 가지는 소수성 막단백질로, pre-B 및 성숙 B 림프구, 대부분의 B세포 비호지킨 림프종에서 발현됩니다. 그러나 줄기세포, pro-B 세포, 정상 형질세포 또는 기타 정상 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
