For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The RASSF5 gene belongs to the Ras association domain family and functions as a tumor suppressor. It is often inactivated in various cancers. The encoded protein localizes to centrosomes and microtubules, binding to GTP-activated forms of Ras, Rap1, and other small GTPases.
It regulates lymphocyte adhesion and suppresses cell growth in response to activated Ras or Rap1. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
