- MA1-06316 detects Cytokeratin 7 in human samples.
- Successfully used in Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry.
- Pretreatment required for paraffin sections: 0.1% pronase/0.1% trypsin in PBS, 0.5% pepsin in HCl, or microwave pretreatment recommended.
- Immunogen: Cytoskeletal preparation of OTN-11 ovarian carcinoma cell line.
- Store at 4°C or in aliquots at -20°C.
Target Information
Cytokeratin 7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. It is involved in translational regulation of human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).
