Product Specific Information
Description:
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c (integrin alphaX). CD11c associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer, expressed by dendritic cells, intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes, and some activated T cells. It binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion. N418 recognizes CD11c on splenic dendritic cells and precipitates a 150, 90 kDa heterodimer.

Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume). Cell number: 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Optimize concentration for specific assay.
