Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
SIVA1 induces CD27-mediated apoptosis and inhibits anti-apoptotic activity of BCL2L1 isoform Bcl-x(L). It also suppresses NF-kappa-B activation and promotes T-cell receptor-mediated apoptosis.
