Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, an additional desalting step is recommended.

Target Information
NUDT15 mediates the hydrolysis of certain nucleoside diphosphate derivatives. It can degrade 8-oxo-dGTP in vitro, suggesting a role in removing oxidatively damaged guanine from DNA and the nucleotide pool, preventing misincorporation and A:T to C:G transversions.
Its in vivo substrate specificity remains unclear. It may also play a role in DNA synthesis and cell cycle progression through interaction with PCNA.
