Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NUDT15 mediates hydrolysis of certain nucleoside diphosphate derivatives and can degrade 8-oxo-dGTP in vitro, suggesting a role in removing oxidatively damaged guanine forms from DNA and nucleotide pools. This function may prevent misincorporation of 8-oxo-dGTP into DNA, thereby avoiding A:T to C:G transversions. It may also be involved in DNA synthesis and cell cycle progression through interaction with PCNA.
