Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
- For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Transcriptional control is partly regulated by interactions between DNA-bound transcription factors (e.g., Egr-1/NGFI-A) and coregulatory proteins such as NAB1 and NAB2. These NAB proteins act as corepressors of EGF-1/NGFI-A.
NAB2 localizes mainly in the nucleus and may downregulate NGFI-A activity, influencing cell division, differentiation, and apoptosis.
NAB2 has a predicted molecular mass of 56 kDa and is located on chromosome 12q13.3–14.1, a region associated with various solid tumors, lipomas, and liposarcomas.
