Target Information

TANK는 TRAF와 상호작용하는 단백질로, TRAF 매개 신호전달을 조절하는 역할을 합니다. TNF 수용체 및 Toll/IL-1 수용체 계열의 리간드 결합은 TRAF/TANK 복합체 형성을 유도하며, 이는 NF-κB 전사인자의 활성화를 매개합니다. 이 과정은 IKK-iota 및 TBK1 키나아제와의 상호작용을 통해 이루어지며, 이후 NEMO 단백질과 복합체를 형성하여 IκB 복합체의 활성을 조절합니다. 이러한 상호작용은 NF-κB 단백질의 전사 활성 조절에도 기여할 수 있습니다. 최소 두 가지 isoform의 TANK가 알려져 있습니다.
