Target Information
CD10 (Common Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia Antigen, CALLA)은 중성 메탈로엔도펩티다아제 활성을 가진 세포 표면 효소로, 다양한 생물학적 활성 펩타이드를 비활성화합니다.
CD10은 림프모구성, 버킷, 여포성 생식 중심 림프종 세포, 성인의 골수 내 미성숙 B세포, 만성 골수성 백혈병(CML) 환자 세포 등에서 발현됩니다. 또한 유방 근상피세포, 담세관, 섬유아세포, 신장 및 장 상피세포의 브러시 보더에서 높은 발현을 보입니다.
CD10은 100 kDa의 type II 막관통 당단백질이며, 45 kb 이상의 단일 복제본으로 존재합니다. 5' 비번역 영역은 대체 스플라이싱되어 4개의 mRNA 전사체를 형성하나, 코딩 영역에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.
CD10 기능 이상과 관련된 질환으로는 spinocerebellar ataxia 43 및 Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease가 보고되어 있습니다.
