Cofilin은 F-actin에 결합하여 pH 민감한 F-actin 탈중합 활성을 나타냅니다. 세포골격 역학을 조절하며, 유사분열 및 세포질분열의 정상 진행에 중요합니다. 세포 형태 및 세포골격 조직 조절에 관여하며, ACKR2의 세포막 이동을 촉진하여 케모카인 흡수 및 분해 효율을 높입니다. 또한 신경관 형성 및 신경능선 세포 이동에 필수적입니다.
