Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Target Information
GRK6 is a member of the guanine nucleotide-binding protein-coupled receptor kinase subfamily of the serine/threonine protein kinase family.
It phosphorylates activated G protein-coupled receptors to initiate their deactivation.
Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for GRK6.
