Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Cytokeratin 8 (CK8) is a type II keratin located on chromosome 12. It forms intermediate filaments with keratin 18 in simple epithelial cells, contributing to structural integrity, signal transduction, and cellular differentiation. Mutations in the CK8 gene are associated with cryptogenic cirrhosis.
