Target Information
Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK)는 SRC-related TEC subfamily에 속하는 세포질성 tyrosine kinase입니다.
BTK 유전자 변이는 인간 B세포 발달 장애 및 면역결핍 질환과 관련되어 있습니다.
BTK는 TLR4, 6, 8, 9 등 toll-like receptor(TLR) 계열과 상호작용하며, 선천 및 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
또한 MyD88, TIRAP, IRAK와 같은 TLR4 신호전달 단백질과 결합하지만 TRAF-6과는 결합하지 않는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
이는 BTK가 lipopolysaccharide 신호전달에 관여함을 시사합니다.
