Product Specific Information
- Rehydrate with 0.55 mL of deionized water and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature to dissolve.
- Centrifuge to remove particulates. Prepare fresh working dilution daily.
- Shelf life: 1 year from date of receipt.
- Based on immunoelectrophoresis, no reactivity observed to: non-immunoglobulin human serum proteins, light chains on all human immunoglobulins, human IgG F(ab')2 fragment, and serum proteins from bovine, horse, mouse, or rabbit.
Target Information
Anti-Human secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for human immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target antibodies. Secondary antibodies enhance versatility and sensitivity by enabling multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and signal amplification.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, fragmentation, or conjugation) for high specificity.
