Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 다이머 단백질입니다. 여러 결합조직과 혈관의 세포외기질(ECM)에서 불용성 단백질 형태로 존재하며, 사슬 간 이황화 결합에 의해 고분자 중합체를 형성합니다.
이 단백질은 배아 발달, 조직 재형성, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어 및 전이 과정 등 세포 부착과 이동에 관여합니다. Fibronectin은 세포 표면 및 ECM에서 다이머 또는 다중체로 존재하며, 세포 수용체(예: 인테그린), 콜라겐, 헤파린 등과 상호작용하는 도메인을 포함합니다.
Fibronectin은 비소세포성 폐암(NSCLC)에서 발현이 증가하며, 종양세포의 부착 및 항암제 유도 세포사멸 저항성과 관련이 있습니다. 이 유전자는 세 개의 대체 스플라이싱 영역을 포함하며, 최대 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
