Target Information
Fibronectin은 230–250 kDa 범위의 분자량을 가지는 이황화 결합된 이합체로, 여러 결합 조직과 혈관의 세포외기질에서 불용성 단백질 형태로 존재하며, 이황화 결합을 통해 고분자량 중합체를 형성합니다.
배아 발달 및 조직 재형성 과정에서 가장 풍부하며, 혈장에서는 용해성 단백질로 존재합니다.
Fibronectin은 자체 결합, 다른 기질 성분(예: collagen, heparin), 세포 수용체(예: integrins)와의 상호작용 도메인을 형성하는 반복 모듈 구조를 가집니다.
세포 부착 및 이동, 상처 치유, 혈액 응고, 숙주 방어, 전이 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에 관여하며, 특히 폐암에서 발현이 증가합니다.
Fibronectin 유전자는 대체 스플라이싱을 통해 최대 20가지 전사 변이체를 생성할 수 있습니다.
