Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a transforming protein related to Rho-specific exchange factors and yeast cell cycle regulators. Its expression increases with DNA synthesis onset and remains elevated during G2 and M phases. In situ hybridization shows high expression in mitotic cells during liver regeneration, suggesting a role in cytokinesis regulation.
