Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, less than 50% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse KC is observed.
- Less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human GRO alpha, GRO beta, GRO gamma, mouse MIP-2, and rat CINC-2 alpha/beta and CINC-3.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
- Endotoxin level: < 0.10 EU per 1 µg of antibody (LAL method).
Target Information
CXCL1, CXCL2, and CXCL3 (also known as GRO alpha, GRO beta, and GRO gamma) are members of the CXC chemokine subfamily.
These proteins bind with high affinity to IL-8 receptor type B and act as potent neutrophil attractants and activators.
Processed forms GRO-alpha(4–73), GRO-alpha(5–73), and GRO-alpha(6–73) exhibit approximately 30-fold higher chemotactic activity.
