열 매개 항원 회수(heat-mediated antigen retrieval)를 권장합니다. 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0)에서 10–20분 동안 처리 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다. 이후 1차 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다. 권장되는 양성 대조 시료는 대장선암(colon adenocarcinoma)입니다.
Target Information
이 항체의 표적 유전자는 coatomer 단백질 복합체의 epsilon 소단위를 암호화합니다. Coatomer는 세포질 단백질 복합체로, dilysine 모티프에 결합하며 Golgi의 비클라트린 피복 소포와 가역적으로 결합합니다. 이는 Golgi 막에서의 budding과 dilysine-tagged 단백질의 Golgi-ER 역수송에 필수적입니다. Coatomer 복합체는 α, β, β', γ, δ, ε, ζ 소단위로 구성되며, 다양한 isoform을 암호화하는 전사체 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
