Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DPP3 gene encodes a member of the M49 family of metallopeptidases. This cytoplasmic protein binds a zinc ion via its zinc-binding motif (HELLGH) and exhibits post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity, cleaving Xaa-Pro dipeptides from the N-termini of proteins. Increased activity is associated with endometrial and ovarian cancers. Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized.
