Alexa Fluor dyes are highly trusted fluorescent dyes known for brightness and stability.
Invitrogen™ Alexa Fluor 568 dye emits bright orange/red fluorescence, optimally excited by the 568 nm laser line. It remains pH-insensitive over a wide range, ensuring stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry.
With high quantum yield and photostability, Alexa Fluor 568 enables sensitive detection of low-abundance targets.
Typically, 2–8 fluorophore molecules are conjugated per IgG molecule; the exact labeling degree is provided in the product’s certificate of analysis.

Usage Note:
Before use, briefly centrifuge the conjugate solution and use only the supernatant to remove any aggregates. Optimal antibody dilution should be determined empirically; 1–10 µg/mL is generally suitable for IHC and flow cytometry.
