Alexa Fluor™ 488 염료는 488 nm 레이저에 최적화된 밝은 녹색 형광을 가지며, 넓은 pH 범위에서 신호 안정성을 유지합니다. 높은 형광 양자수율과 광안정성을 통해 낮은 발현 수준의 표적도 민감하게 검출할 수 있습니다. 각 제품 로트의 결합 비율은 CoA에 명시되어 있습니다.
사용 전 단백질 용액을 미세원심분리기로 짧게 원심분리하여 상등액만 사용하면 비특이적 배경 신호를 줄일 수 있습니다. 일반적으로 면역형광 및 유세포 분석에서 1–10 µg/mL 농도가 적합합니다.
