Alexa Fluor 546은 밝은 오렌지 형광을 나타내며, 546 nm 레이저 라인에 최적화되어 있습니다. pH 변화에 안정하며 높은 형광 효율과 광안정성을 제공하여 저농도 구조의 검출에 유리합니다.
항체-형광체 결합 비율은 일반적으로 IgG당 2–8개의 형광체이며, 각 로트별 인증서에 명시되어 있습니다.
