Product Specific Information

The A7R34 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD127, the high-affinity alpha subunit of the mouse IL-7 receptor.
CD127 is expressed by immature B cells, double-negative (CD4⁻CD8⁻), single-positive (CD4⁺ or CD8⁺) thymocytes, and mature T cells at low levels.
A7R34 inhibits IL-7 binding to its receptor and is used for in vivo and in vitro studies on T/B cell development and activation.
Binding of A7R34 blocks SB/199 antibody binding to CD127.

Target Information

CD127 (Interleukin-7 receptor α chain, IL7R) regulates lymphopoiesis and forms a heterodimer with the γ chain for active signaling.
It promotes proliferation of precursor B cells, thymocytes, T cell progenitors, and mature CD4⁺/CD8⁺ T cells.
Dysfunction of CD127 is associated with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID).
