Target Information
RIP1은 세린-트레오닌 키나아제로, 사멸 수용체 결합, 병원체 인식 수용체(PRRs) 활성화, DNA 손상에 의해 염증 및 세포 사멸 신호를 전달합니다. TNF-alpha 수용체(TNFR1) 활성화 시 TRADD 및 TRAF2가 수용체에 모집되어 DAB2IP의 Ser-728을 인산화시키며, MAP3K5-JNK 세포사멸 경로를 활성화합니다. TRAF2에 의한 Lys-63 연쇄 유비퀴틴화는 MAPK 및 NF-κB 경로의 신호 전달을 강화하며, IKBKG/NEMO와의 결합을 통해 NF-κB 활성화를 유도합니다. RIPK1과 RIPK3의 상호작용은 괴사 유도 복합체 형성을 매개합니다.
