RPS6KA2 (RSK3) serine/threonine kinase는 ribosomal S6 kinase (RSK) 계열의 단백질로, 여러 성장 인자에 대한 세포 반응의 신호전달 중간체로 작용합니다. 다양한 조직에서 발현되며, 특히 폐와 골격근에서 높은 수준으로 존재합니다. RSK1–4는 ERK/MAPK 경로의 하위 구성요소이며, RSK2의 기능 상실은 Coffin-Lowry 증후군(정신 발달 지연 및 성장 결손 특징)을 유발할 수 있습니다.
