Product Specific Information
The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
- Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
- Tested on normal human peripheral blood and mouse splenocytes.
- Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 661 (BUV661) is a tandem dye emitting at 660 nm, suitable for cytometers equipped with a 355 nm ultraviolet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer (00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.
Light sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness or FRET efficiency.
