Product Specific Information

The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody serves as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

• Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
• Tested on normal human peripheral blood and mouse splenocytes.
• Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.

Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 661 (BUV661) is a tandem dye emitting at 660 nm, suitable for cytometers equipped with a 355 nm ultraviolet laser. Ensure instrument compatibility.

When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer (00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific polymer interactions.

Light sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness or FRET efficiency.

They are most commonly used in flow cytometry, but also useful in ChIP, immunohistochemistry, and gel shift assays.
Controls should match the primary antibody’s species and isotype, and for directly labeled antibodies, use controls conjugated with the same fluorophore.
