Target Information
CD42b는 응고 과정에서 중요한 혈소판 활성화 표지자로, 세포외기질 및 부착 분자와 상호작용합니다.
VEGF 및 PDGF에 의해 발현과 활성화가 조절되며, GPIbβ, GPIX, GPV와 함께 GPIb-IX-V 수용체 복합체를 형성하여 혈소판이 혈관 손상 부위에 부착되도록 돕습니다.
CD42b는 von Willebrand factor (VWF), thrombin, coagulation factors XI/XII, high molecular weight kininogen, TSP-1, integrin Mac-1, P-selectin 등과 결합합니다.
또한, CD42b의 세포외 도메인은 전이 과정에도 관여하며, 혈소판 및 골수의 거핵세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD42b 유전자 다형성과 돌연변이는 Bernard-Soulier 증후군 및 혈소판형 von Willebrand 병의 원인 중 일부로 알려져 있습니다.
