Protein phosphatase 2 (PP2A)는 세포 성장 및 분열의 음성 조절에 관여하는 주요 Ser/Thr 인산화효소 중 하나입니다. PP2A holoenzyme은 구조적 서브유닛 A, 촉매 서브유닛 C, 조절 서브유닛 B로 구성된 이합체 단백질입니다. 조절 서브유닛은 B/PR55, B`/PR61, B/PR72 패밀리로 구분되며, 각기 다른 효소 특이성과 세포 내 위치를 부여합니다. 본 항체의 표적 단백질은 B 패밀리 중 beta 서브패밀리에 속합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 다양한 아이소폼을 생성할 수 있습니다.
