이 단백질은 CREB1과 ATF1 전사인자의 인산화를 매개하며, RELA, STAT3, ETV1/ER81 등의 전사인자 조절에 관여합니다.
또한 히스톤 인산화를 통한 유전자 활성화에 기여하고, 염증 관련 유전자의 발현 조절에도 중요한 역할을 합니다.
