Target Information
CD7 (gp40, Leu9)는 면역글로불린 유전자 초가족의 40 kDa 단백질로, N-말단(1–107 aa)은 Ig kappa-L 사슬과 높은 상동성을 가지며, C-말단 영역은 프롤린이 풍부한 stalk 구조를 형성합니다.
CD7은 대부분의 미성숙 및 성숙 T-림프구, T-세포 백혈병, 자연살해(NK) 세포, 일부 정상 및 악성 B 세포에서 발현됩니다.
CD7의 교차결합은 T 세포 및 NK 세포의 활성(칼슘 플럭스, 접착분자 발현, 사이토카인 분비, 증식)을 양성 조절하며, phosphoinositol 3-kinase와 직접 결합하여 D-3 phosphoinositides 생성과 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다.
CD7 발현은 백혈병 진단에 중요한 표지자로 사용됩니다.
