- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

These genes encode leucine zipper proteins that dimerize with JUN family proteins to form the transcription factor complex AP-1.
