CRSP150은 효모 Rgr1과 유사하며, CRSP70은 신장 인자 TFIIS와 유사합니다.
CRSP77과 CRSP150은 생쥐 매개 복합체 단백질과 관련이 있고, CRSP130과 CRSP34는 생쥐 또는 효모 단백질과는 거의 관련이 없습니다.
CRSP 서브유닛은 ARC/DRI 및 NAT 복합체와 결합하여 전사 활성화 및 억제에 관여합니다.
