- In direct ELISAs, less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse NKp46 (MAR-1) is observed.
- Less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human NKp30, NKp44, and NKp80 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
NKp46 (CD335, NCR1) is a cytotoxicity-activating receptor that contributes to the enhanced efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells in mediating tumor cell lysis.
It consists of two Ig-like domains assembled with leukocyte immunoglobulin-like (LIR) and killer inhibitory receptors (KIR).
