Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.
Advantages include:

  • Better specificity and sensitivity
  • Lot-to-lot consistency
  • Animal origin-free formulations
  • Broader immunoreactivity due to larger rabbit immune repertoire

Target Information

14-3-3 gamma belongs to the 14-3-3 family of proteins mediating signal transduction by binding to phosphoserine-containing proteins.
This highly conserved family is found in both plants and mammals, with 100% identity to the rat ortholog.
It is induced by growth factors in human vascular smooth muscle cells and highly expressed in skeletal and heart muscles, suggesting a key role in muscle tissue.
It interacts with RAF1 and protein kinase C, involved in various signal transduction pathways.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
