Product Specific Information
The eBio299Arm monoclonal antibody is used as an isotype control immunoglobulin.
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Tested on normal human peripheral blood and mouse splenocytes.
Use at the same concentration as the experimental antibody.
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 395 (BUV395) emits at 395 nm and is designed for cytometers equipped with an ultraviolet (355 nm) laser.
Ensure your instrument can detect this fluorochrome.
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (SB-4401-42) or Brilliant Stain Buffer™ (00-4409-75) to minimize non-specific interactions.
