Target Information

UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is a member of the MHC class I superfamily. It lacks the alpha 3 and transmembrane domains. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, mediating natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
