Western blot, immunoprecipitation, gel shift 절차에서 성공적으로 사용되었습니다.
Western blot에서 3T3-L1 세포 추출물로부터 약 55 kDa 크기의 PPAR γ2 단백질을 검출합니다.
면역원은 rat PPAR γ2의 아미노산 484–498 서열로, bovine, chicken, human, mouse, pig, rat PPAR γ1, PPAR α 및 NUC1에서도 완전히 보존되어 있습니다.
Target Information
Peroxisome proliferators는 비유전독성 발암물질로, nuclear hormone receptor 계열의 peroxisome proliferator activated receptors (PPARs)를 통해 세포에 작용합니다.
PPARs는 ligand 의존성 단백질로, 활성화 후 특정 DNA 서열에 결합하여 유전자 전사를 촉진합니다.
Clofibric acid, nafenopin, WY-14,643 및 일부 지방산이 PPARs를 활성화시키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
또한 PPARs는 특정 반응 요소와의 상호작용을 통해 acyl coenzyme A oxidase 및 cytochrome P450 (CYP450) A6의 전사를 유도할 수 있습니다.
PPAR은 다른 핵 수용체와 마찬가지로 retinoid X receptor (RXR) α와 이합체를 형성합니다.
