Target Information
TCEB1은 protein elongin C로 알려져 있으며, transcription factor B (SIII) 복합체의 서브유닛입니다. SIII 복합체는 elongins A/A2, B, C로 구성되어 있으며 RNA polymerase II의 일시적 정지를 억제하여 전사 연장을 활성화합니다.
Elongin A는 전사 활성 구성요소이며, elongins B와 C는 조절 서브유닛입니다. Elongin A2는 고환에서 특이적으로 발현되며 elongins B, C와 안정적인 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다.
Von Hippel-Lindau 종양 억제 단백질은 elongins B와 C에 결합하여 전사 연장을 억제합니다.
Western blot 분석에서 서로 다른 두 항체(P100962-T200 및 P100963_P050 / P100963_P100)를 사용하여 동일한 분자량을 확인하였습니다.
