Target Information
AAK1 serine/threonine kinase는 NAK 패밀리에 속하며, 엔도사이토시스 과정에서 조절적 역할을 수행합니다.
이 단백질은 SNF1 서브패밀리의 Ser/Thr protein kinase로, AP-2 complex의 서브유닛을 인산화하여 수용체의 엔도사이토시스를 촉진합니다.
또한 클라트린(clathrin)에 의해 그 활성화가 유도됩니다.
