Target Information
Phosducin-like proteins (PhLPs)는 thioredoxin-like domain을 가진 보존된 단백질군으로, G 단백질 신호 조절자로 처음 확인되었습니다.
PDCL3는 PDCL과 높은 상동성을 가지며, N-terminal helix domain과 C-terminal thioredoxin-fold (Trx-fold) domain을 공유합니다.
PDCL2와 함께 chaperonin CCT와 상호작용하여 actin 및 tubulin의 CCT-매개 폴딩을 조절합니다.
또한 MAPK 인산화 및 RhoA 의존적 변화에 의해 PDCL3 수준이 조절되어 세포골격 재구성을 촉진합니다.
