Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the lysophosphatidic acid acyltransferase protein family. The encoded enzyme catalyzes the conversion of glycerol-3-phosphate to lysophosphatidic acid during triacylglycerol synthesis. Multiple alternatively spliced variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
